Deliveries and Returns

DELIVERY

 

We aim to despatch your order on the next working day* after we receive your order, although this cannot be guaranteed.  *Excluding public and bank holidays


 

UK Delivery
Wallpaper and fabric orders are sent by courier with estimated delivery of up to 1 working day from despatch. All orders (except samples) require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present to accept the delivery, our courier will leave a card to enable you to contact them to arrange re-delivery of your parcel at your convenience. All sample orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post.

Wallpaper and Fabric Delivery Charges: £5.95 per order
All samples are shipped free of charge.


 

Overseas Delivery
We offer international shipping to the majority of destinations worldwide. Please help us by taking extra care when entering your address details at checkout. Payment is accepted in Sterling only (£). If your country is not listed at the checkout stage, please email details of the items you wish to purchase plus your full postal address and we will provide you with a delivery charge.

 All overseas orders for wallpaper and fabric are shipped via a tracked courier service and require a signature upon delivery. Please allow 2-8 working days for delivery dependent on destination. You will be responsible for the payment of any local import duties relating to your order. 

 

 

Wallpaper and Fabric Samples Delivery Charges 

 All overseas orders for samples are shipped via airmail post. Please allow 3 working days for delivery within Western Europe, 5 working days for delivery within Eastern Europe and 5 to 7 working days for delivery within Rest of World. 

 

Return policy

ived the items.  Dependent on what has been agreed we will either replace items or refund the purchase price.  Please note that with the exception of faulty items, incorrect orders or items damaged in transit we are not responsible for the costs of return post.

 

Refunds will be processed within 28 days we receive the items back, with your refund made via your 

original method of payment.  When returning discounted/special offer items, the discount will no longer apply.

 

Before returning any times to Hevensent, please complete the return slip supplied with your order and include it with the items being returned.

All items being returned, remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Hevensent.  We strongly recommend customers send returns by a ‘signed for service’ with appropriate insurance or at least retain a certificate of postage.  We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit, faulty or incorrect please notify Hevensent within 7 working days from the date you receive the items.  Please email info@hevensent.com or alternatively ring on +44 (0)161 969 9301 and we will arrange with our courier to collect the items and either refund or exchange your goods.

 

Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are proven to be faulty.

 

Hevensent cannot accept any claims for damages to items caused by you the customer.

Liability

Please note Hevensent cannot be held responsible or any their party involvement delaying delivery.  

If you are concerned you have not received your parcel please contact us

via email at info@hevensent.com.

 

Hanging instructions are included on the reverse of the packaging label, on each roll of wallpaper.

It is important that these are followed correctly.  After hanging 2 or 3 lengths,

please inspect the results to ensure there is no shading or other faults. 

No claims for hanging costs will be allowed for goods hung in excess of one roll.

 

Hevensent is not liable to you the customer, whether in contract, or (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Contract; and for the avoidance of doubt, our total liability to you shall be limited to the cost of the items.

Please note all notices under this Agreement are to be sent and received by email.  For this purpose your notices should be sent to info@hevensent.com and we will send our notices to you at the email address you notify to us through the Hevensent site, such as when placing your order.
