Hevensent Story Wallpapers is a unique collection of stories and memories, with each design telling a personal story.
Rabbits Racing in Bugatti Cars is about our Mr White Rabbit who liked to play football and vanish for long periods of time. Whenever Mr Rabbit disappeared, we made up stories of his daring adventures, racing sports cars in Monte Carlo. Each design starts as a twinkle of a memory, with photos for reference, pencil sketches layers of colour to create an original design. All our wallpapers are made in the UK.
We work with 100-year-old wallpaper manufacturers who work magic fusing modern techniques with traditional heritage processes such as hand-screen printing metallics. With each roll sale, we donate to the Woodland Trust.
We are committed to offering signature wall coverings, fabrics, and interior accessories, providing affordable luxury and excellent service while keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.

We only design and manufacture in the UK. We strongly believe manufacturing locally is not only ethical and reduces impact, it supports small local businesses, employment and keeps heritage crafts alive. We’ve formed long-lasting partnerships with home-grown businesses.
Charity through Design
We work in partnership with our manufacturing teams to support charities with joint, matched donations for every purchase made. For every item sold by Hevensent, £2 is donated to Woodland Trust, bringing businesses together to support charity through design.

We are conscious about treating the environment with respect and care and always try where possible to use locally sourced materials and constantly review our working processes to find ways to limit our impact.
How Hevensent Started
Drawing and designing have always been my happy place, keeping me afloat during life's dramas and stresses. I created and launched Hevensent whilst diagnosed with breast cancer. I wanted a love letter for my kids and had always dreamed of having my own business. So, I set to work and used my treatment and recovery time to draw and design a collection of Story Wallpapers.
I started by illustrating my children’s memories and stories we had created together. You can find our family, friends, and pets, (Waffles the dog, and Mr White Rabbit) in the designs, each telling a story. Choosing wallpaper as a way to share these memories and to encourage other children to make their own stories, before drifting off to sleep.
Our Story
While planning dinner, or running a bath, I would chat with my babies and make-up stories to keep them entertained. A large bath towel would turn into a magical flying carpet that would transport us over chocolate waterfalls to imaginary lands, where adventure awaits. Each time the adventure would be more daring and imaginative.
As our stories grew, little illustrations and family members would appear and slowly the adventures materialised into story wallpapers and products, each one with its own magic.
We didn’t want to just create wallpapers and interiors but opportunities to create fun and memories. Over time the family adventures evolved into our little family business, Hevensent, which we named in memory of our Grandma Hannah Evans.
